What you need to start making money online!

Quite simply you don't need much to get started. All you need is either a basic smartphone that has a camera such as an iPhone or most Android phones such as the ones made by Samsung. If you do not have a smart phone don't worry, as long as you have a digital camera and a computer with an internet connection you can also do this! Most of my instructions and advise are going to be for mobile (phone) users.

If you plan on doing this 20+ hours a week and do not have a smart phone I will list bellow the phones I would recommend at three different price points:

The BLU Studio Mini which is a great budget option sitting at as off the publishing of this post $59.99 and has a pretty good camera to take photos of the products you will be taking and has compatibility on GSM networks like T-Mobile, AT&T, Cricket, and Metro PCS. This phone is not compatible with the Verizon Network.

My next runner up would be the Samsung Galaxy A10s for $145.00 which is a great mid-tier phone that can last a user a long time and will have no problems taking photos for selling products and different items online. This phone is also very color accurate so you will know exactly how your photos are ending up. Personally this would be my most recommended phone for this as it also works on all major networks.

My last choice is complete overkill for anyone just wanting to make this a part time gig or even many full time people looking to do online commerce this phone will be overkill for which is the OnePlus 8 Pro coming in for a whopping $999.00 as of this post. This is a top of line phone with highly professional multi-camera technology that allows for almost anyone to have a perfect picture anytime. This phone can also run many applications such as Android's version of Microsoft Excel and Word. I would only recommend this phone for those who have money to burn and are going to do this at least 40 hours a week.

Now that you have a phone to take pictures you will need a place to take pictures I would highly recommend the AmazonBasics Photo Studio Box that is easy to set up and can fit a large range of item sizes inside. While a light box like this is not needed I use one to allow me to get the best possible quality of photos with minimal effort on my part. Another option is to buy two tri-fold boards and use one as the base of your photos and one as the backdrop of your photos. This option is a lot less expensive but will yield more work needed to get better photos for your products.

I would love to hear what worked best for you and what you end up going with in my next post I will be talking about how to install and setup the eBay app for your first time to start selling and making money!

Welcome to the Seller Blog!

Welcome to the MarsBattleKing Seller Blog! Here I will be providing information on how to become a seller on different online platforms such as Facebook Marketplace and eBay just like I do! These website are a great way to make some extra money, become financially independent or even just get rid that stuff you have been keeping in storage for years.

On this blog I will be making both text and video posts on how to get started. It will be explained so even if you haven't used these website or are not tech savvy or knowledgeable in anyway you will be able to do it!

For some reference on how much you can make in a month from selling part time I have made over $500 in two weeks from about 20 hours of work. Most of that time for me was spent looking for new items to sell but if you already have items you want to sell it will be easy to get to that point with less then 10 hours a week.
